"The woman who leads by preparing has the heart of a teacher. The minute she gains a skill, she wants to give it away by training someone else. She may be very accomplished in her field but her real delight is training and equipping others. She never minds when her pupils pass her on the professional ladder. In fact, she expects it and rejoices in it. Pricilla had the heart of a preparer(Acts 18:24-28)." Q. Esther Pinkston

Psalm 25: Trust in God

Posted by njourdan on January 25, 2011 at 9:26 AM Comments comments (0)

Greetings Kingdom Leaders!

Today is a good day to focus on God.

Do your best to shut out any distractions.

Psalm 25 (Message)

1-2 My head is high, God, held high; I'm looking to you, God;

   No hangdog skulking for me.

 3 I've thrown in my lot with you;

   You won't embarrass me, will you?

   Or let my enemies get the best of me?    Don't embarrass any of us

   Who went out on a limb for you.

   It's the traitors who should be humiliated.

 4 Show me how you work, God;

   School me in your ways.

 5 Take me by the hand;

   Lead me down the path of truth.

   You are my Savior, aren't you?

 6 Mark the milestones of your mercy and love, God;

   Rebuild the ancient landmarks!

 7 Forget that I sowed wild oats;

   Mark me with your sign of love.

   Plan only the best for me, God!

 8 God is fair and just;

   He corrects the misdirected,

   Sends them in the right direction.

 9 He gives the rejects his hand,

   And leads them step-by-step.

 10 From now on every road you travel

   Will take you to God.

   Follow the Covenant signs;

   Read the charted directions.

 11 Keep up your reputation, God;

   Forgive my bad life;

   It's been a very bad life.

 12 My question: What are God-worshipers like?

   Your answer: Arrows aimed at God's bull's-eye.

 13 They settle down in a promising place;

   Their kids inherit a prosperous farm.

 14 God-friendship is for God-worshipers;

   They are the ones he confides in.

 15 If I keep my eyes on God,

   I won't trip over my own feet.

 16 Look at me and help me!

   I'm all alone and in big trouble.

 17 My heart and kidneys are fighting each other;

   Call a truce to this civil war.

 18 Take a hard look at my life of hard labor,

   Then lift this ton of sin.

 19 Do you see how many people

   Have it in for me?

   How viciously they hate me?

 20 Keep watch over me and keep me out of trouble;

   Don't let me down when I run to you.

 21 Use all your skill to put me together;

   I wait to see your finished product.

 22 God, give your people a break

   From this run of bad luck.

Stay Encouraged. Choose Life. Choose Love.

Remember Who You are In Christ

Posted by njourdan on December 25, 2008 at 2:58 AM Comments comments (3)

Greetings Leaders!

2008, the year of New Beginnings, is rapidly closing.

Whatever person,  place or thing in your inner circle has been shaken.
Whatsoever and whosoever that is still with you by now---You know them, ha!
In times of testing. in times of fiery trials. In times of temptation. In times of tribulation:
We can all take comfort in the Word of God regarding life and purpose.

"Create in me a clean heart, O God.
Renew a right spirit within me.
Do not banish me from your presence,
and don't take your Holy Spirit from me.
Restore unto me again the joy of your salvation,
and make me willing to obey you."
Psalm 51:10-11 (NIV)

No matter who enters or leave your life; no matter what the nay-sayers are saying. You keep doing what is right and honorable in God's sight. You do not have to prove you are right or believed - just live right. Just keep waking up and going to bed...the Truth will always Speak for you.
The God of Signs and Wonders is able to show the enemy that He Is Your God, ha!
Here is a breakdown of why we should always pray, thank, rejoice and trust God. No matter what happens in 2008:

It may have challenged your faith.
It may have challenged your integrity.
It may have challenged your ability to love.
It may have challenged your ability to forgive.
It may have challenged your perception and how you think.
It may have challenged your words and voice tone.
It may have challenged your 'busy' but non-productive activities.
It may have revealed or exposed a flaw in your core belief system.
It may have humbled you before Almighty God.
It may have forced you to stop, turn and go in a different direction.
It may have served as a 'Wake Up Call!"
It may have saved your life from eternal death and destruction.
It may have freed you of false obligations and commitments.
It may have embraced you for the sole purpose of returning back to Jesus.
It may have brought tears to your eyes or broken your heart.
It may have caused a breaking away from your comfort zone.
It may have left you feeling defenseless or venerable.
It may have taught you a priceless lesson at great expense.
It may have activated resurrection power of dreams long forgotten.
It may have given you a clear window view of your own heart.
It may have removed the spiritual blanket so you can now see and hear correctly.

 "Get it straight in 2008 - To Live Divine In 2009, ha!"  ~Nikki Jourdan

Find comfort in knowing that God has you covered.  He never sleeps or slumbers.
He is never caught by surprise of what we do or by what others do to us.

Remember who you are in Christ Jesus - Be the Over-comer He has made you.
We are no longer losers in life - We are Leaders in Christ, ha!
